By purchasing a ticket, registering for updates, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Event Attendance

Michelada Fest is a rain-or-shine event. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the event is canceled in its entirety and not rescheduled. Lineup and set times are subject to change without notice. Entry may be denied or revoked at the discretion of festival staff for violations of festival rules or inappropriate behavior.

Attendees must comply with all posted rules and follow the directions of security and event personnel at all times.

Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

By attending Michelada Fest, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending a public event, including but not limited to injury, illness (including COVID-19), or property loss. Big Independent LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any injury or damages resulting from participation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Michelada Fest website and associated promotional materials is the property of Big Independent LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

SMS Messaging Terms

By subscribing to SMS updates from Michelada Fest (operated by Big Independent LLC), you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., event announcements, lineup updates, ticket reminders, and exclusive offers) at the mobile number provided.
